Depending on the product, Formlivity resources may include spreadsheets, calculators, trackers, checklists, editable documents, guides, quote and invoice tools, dashboards, and other business organization resources.

Formlivity products are developed using original Formlivity wording, organization, layouts, calculations, documentation, and product structures.
Our goal is to create useful resources around real small-business workflows rather than simply reproducing another seller’s templates or materials.
Although common business concepts such as expenses, customers, estimates, invoices, scheduling, and recordkeeping may appear across many industries, Formlivity adapts its resources to the practical needs of each business category.

Different businesses have different operational needs.
A cleaning business may need tools for customer jobs, estimates, recurring services, expenses, pricing, and invoicing.
A pressure washing business may need many of those same core business tools while also benefiting from equipment tracking, job costing, property information, and educational resources addressing wastewater and drainage considerations.

When appropriate, our products may identify subjects that business owners should investigate, such as licensing, permits, environmental requirements, recordkeeping, insurance considerations, safety responsibilities, taxes, local rules, or other industry-specific requirements.
Where useful, Formlivity may provide educational checklists and references to authoritative resources to help customers identify questions they may need to investigate further.
We call this our compliance-aware approach. Compliance-aware does not mean guaranteed compliant.
Laws, regulations, licensing requirements, environmental rules, tax obligations, insurance requirements, and other responsibilities can vary by location, activity, business structure, and individual circumstances. Formlivity does not determine whether a customer’s business satisfies every requirement that may apply to it.

For example, a Formlivity calculator may help organize customer-entered costs, rates, labor assumptions, expenses, or pricing information.
