Formlivity Digital Product License

Upon successful payment, Formlivity Inc. grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the purchased digital product for the purchaser’s own personal or internal business purposes.

The purchaser may use and customize included templates, spreadsheets, calculators, quotes, invoices, trackers, guides, and similar materials in operating the purchaser’s own business.

The purchaser may:

• Use the materials within their own business.
• Enter and modify their own business information.
• Customize editable templates for their own operations.
• Generate estimates, quotes, invoices, records, and other business documents for their own customers.
• Make reasonable backup copies for their own use.

The purchaser may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, publish, or give away the original digital product or substantially similar copies.
• Upload the product to a file-sharing, template-sharing, membership, resale, or public-download service.
• Sell individual spreadsheets, templates, calculators, guides, or other components extracted from the product.
• Claim ownership or authorship of Formlivity’s original product design or materials.
• Remove or alter Formlivity copyright, licensing, or proprietary notices for the purpose of redistribution.
• Use the product to create a competing digital-product package substantially derived from Formlivity’s materials.

Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership of Formlivity’s intellectual property.

Documents, estimates, invoices, quotes, records, and similar business materials created by the purchaser using the Toolkit and containing the purchaser’s own business information may be used in the purchaser’s ordinary business operations, including providing completed documents to the purchaser’s customers.

The Toolkit provides organizational, administrative, estimating, and business-planning tools.

Formlivity does not guarantee revenue, customers, contracts, profitability, business growth, cost savings, or any other financial or commercial result.

Calculators, pricing tools, spreadsheets, formulas, and examples are provided for informational and business-planning purposes.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing calculations, prices, estimates, expenses, taxes, wages, insurance costs, contractual terms, and other information before relying on them.

The product does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, financial, or other professional advice.

Purchasers should consult appropriately qualified professionals when necessary.

Formlivity attempts to provide functional digital files but does not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, spreadsheet application, software version, or third-party service.

Except for purchaser-provided information and identified third-party materials, the original content, organization, design, documentation, templates, and other materials remain the intellectual property of Formlivity Inc. or its applicable licensors.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Unauthorized copying, resale, sublicensing, public distribution, or commercial redistribution may result in termination of the license and other remedies available under applicable law.

Purchases are governed by the Formlivity Digital Product Refund Policy presented in connection with the product and incorporated into this License by reference.

Unless expressly included with the product at the time of purchase, purchasing a digital product does not guarantee future versions, additional products, new features, ongoing support, or lifetime updates.

This License supplements Formlivity’s applicable Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Digital Product Refund Policy, and other policies presented in connection with the purchase.

If applicable law provides rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by this License, those rights remain unaffected.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the digital product, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this License and the policies incorporated into it.
