Formlivity Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Formlivity (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with the Formlivity website and downloadable digital products.

It applies to website visitors, purchasers of Formlivity digital products, people who contact Formlivity for support, and users who choose to create an account. Purchasing a digital product does not require an account; guest checkout is supported.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Formlivity Terms of Service.

Information you provide:

• Account information (optional): if you create an account, your name and email address, along with authentication credentials managed by the platform’s sign-in services.
• Purchase and order information: when you buy a digital product, Formlivity keeps records used to verify payment and fulfill your order, including the checkout/session identifier, the product purchased, any applicable transaction or order identifier returned by the payment provider, the purchase amount and currency, the buyer email address, and the payment and fulfillment status of the order.
• Support information: when you contact Formlivity through the support page, your name, email address, subject line, and message. Please do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.

Information processed by others:

• Payment information: purchases are processed through a third-party hosted checkout (Base44 Payments). Payment details such as billing and card information are collected and handled by the payment provider on its own checkout pages, in accordance with its terms and privacy practices. Formlivity does not claim to store complete payment-card credentials; those credentials are handled by the payment provider.
• Email address at checkout: the email address you enter on the provider’s hosted checkout page is used to associate your purchase with your order records, send purchase-confirmation and delivery communications, and respond to support requests.

Information collected automatically: like most websites, standard technical information (such as request logs and device/browser information collected by our hosting platform) may be recorded when you browse the website, and analytics tools may be used to understand how the website is used so it can be improved.

Formlivity does not knowingly collect special categories of sensitive personal information through the storefront.

We use personal information to:

• operate the website and present products
• verify payments and fulfill digital orders
• provide and protect access to purchased products, including protected download delivery
• send transactional communications, such as purchase confirmations and delivery notices
• respond to support, refund, and billing inquiries
• detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access or redistribution

• understand website usage and improve Formlivity products and services

You may purchase Formlivity digital products without creating an account. When you do, Formlivity associates your order with the checkout session for your purchase and the email address you provide at checkout, rather than with a website account.

Formlivity records limited download-activity information for protected purchases, such as when downloads occur and how many downloads have taken place. This information is used to deliver and protect your purchase, restore legitimate access where appropriate, and investigate suspected abuse of protected delivery systems.

Formlivity does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

We share personal information only as needed to operate, including with:

• Payment processing: our third-party hosted payment provider (Base44 Payments), which processes checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices.
• Hosting, storage, and infrastructure: the service providers that host the Formlivity website, database, and file storage.
• Email delivery: services used to send transactional and support-related communications.
• Analytics: analytics tools used to understand website usage, as described above.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect Formlivity’s rights, property, and safety, or enforce our Terms of Service, Digital Product License, or Refund Policy.

The website uses essential cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and sign-in state. Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand how the website is used.

The payment provider’s hosted checkout may use its own cookies or similar technologies in accordance with its own practices.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential session cookies may affect features such as signing in.

Formlivity uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Examples relevant to our storefront include access controls, protection of purchased product files behind server-side delivery, and the use of short-lived, signed download links.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information (such as complete payment-card numbers) through support channels.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the storefront, fulfilling and protecting purchases, responding to support and refund requests, and complying with applicable law.

Purchase, delivery, licensing, refund, and support records may be retained for a longer, reasonable period where needed to verify transactions, honor product licenses, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and satisfy legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

Where applicable, you may request to:

• correct inaccurate personal information
• delete personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

The Formlivity website and products are intended for adults and business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to remove it.

Formlivity is primarily directed to customers in the United States. If you access the website or purchase from another location, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our service providers operate.

Formlivity may update this Privacy Policy prospectively. The version applicable to a purchase is the version presented or otherwise applicable at the time of that transaction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
